WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

We recommend arriving to your appointment 10 minutes early to check in.  Please be sure to bring your Manitoba Health Card, any insurance information, all your current glasses and a list of medications you are taking.  Some exams require eye drops that dilate the pupil.  In these cases, it is recommended that you bring sunglasses and have someone available to drive you home from your exam.  If you are concerned about this, please contact our office at 204-669-4203 or ask Dr. Van Dam at your appointment.
